Our Mission is to empower struggling learners by offering personalized instruction in small-group settings, led by expert educators and academic coaches. Through engaging, research-based interventions and high-quality, standards-aligned curriculum, we aim to build foundational skills, foster a growth mindset, and drive measurable academic success. Our dedicated instructors are committed to using proven best practices to create supportive, effective learning experiences that help every student thrive.
What We Are
At Innovative Scholars, we are a team of caring, dedicated educators committed to helping struggling learners succeed. Our experienced teachers specialize in best practices for engaging, data-driven small-group intervention in reading, math, and ESL.
We also have a team of expert Academic Coaches who provide executive functioning support and social-emotional strategies to help students develop the skills they need to thrive academically and beyond.
To ensure effective, high-quality instruction, we equip our teachers with interactive, standards-aligned curriculum and engaging learning tools and materials tailored to meet the needs of struggling learners.
Our approach is data-driven and personalized. We use comprehensive diagnostic and formative assessments to pinpoint each student’s learning needs and monitor progress throughout the year. By working closely with our partner schools, we ensure that every intervention aligns with school goals and provides students with the targeted support they need to excel.
