Who We Hire

We employ two types of educators who play a vital role in student success:

1) Intervention Specialists

Intervention Specialists
Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction in reading and math using research-based intervention strategies. We look for certified teachers with previous experience in effectively helping struggling learners build essential academic skills.

2) Academic Coaches

Work with students to develop executive functioning skills, including time management, organization, focus, and self-regulation, helping them become more independent, confident learners. Our coaches are also trained to identify and support students' social-emotional needs, ensuring they develop the resilience and self-awareness necessary for academic success.
